Common areas
Two floors of the house are dedicated to common areas, living rooms and a kitchen. Throughout the renovation, the goal was to create a spacious, comfortable “summer house” where groups of friends or families can easily meet and enjoy each other’s company – what we would call, “the good life / la buena vida”. In the back of the house, in a quiet public square, we have been given permission to bring out a table and chairs for personal use over summer, perfect for quiet moments a la fresca (outdoors).
